What is a user?
A user is someone you grant access to log in to your system.
You can create unlimited roles to define what your users can do and unlimited locations to group users and records together.
What is a record?
A record is what we call a main piece of data in your system. For example a risk assessment, an audit run or an incident report.
This does not include everything you might add to a record such as every Risk, To do, repeatable form. You can have as many of these as you need.
What is a template?
A template is a form you create for capturing data. We have 24 different field types you can use to build template and so you can comfortably capture any data you need.
MY Compliance Vision comes with pre-built templates but you can edit these or just build your own from scratch
What is a contract?
A contact is someone who doesn't have a log in to your system but can still revive information or create records if you want them to. For example they might report an incident, run a vehicle inspection or complete an action but they don't need to log in to do this!
